Oh man...

We did the beep test today. I only got 7.5 but that's because I had the worst stomach cramp I'd ever experienced. I think I also spat blood : ( But the thing is that I wasn't ready to quit so I think I could have gotten 8.9 which is my goal.

    I think no one was ready to do the beep test that day. However, good job on trying to do your best and try to provide evidence next time.
