Hill Running

For fitness we did a new version of the hill run. The hill was longer but the vertical drop was not as high I think. We needed to run up the hill 5-10 times which I did. I went up the hill 8 times and had some four thousand steps. The fitness was a killer and at the end, I died. I would prefer not to do that again.

    oh, and good job pushing yourself on the hill run. You may not have liked it, but pushing yourself while you were alive will make you a better person in hell. XD
