For fitness we did a new version of the hill run. The hill was longer but the vertical drop was not as high I think. We needed to run up the hill 5-10 times which I did. I went up the hill 8 times and had some four thousand steps. The fitness was a killer and at the end, I died. I would prefer not to do that again.
It is amazing you are able to post this blog as a spirit in the after life. I am sorry to hear of your passing. :)
